You can be married in a civil solemnizing ceremony
in Richard's office. Richard is authorized to issue
the California Confidential Marriage License (for
Los Angeles County weddings only) and he is also
qualified to solemnize your marriage.
There is no waiting period in California and you do
not need a blood test. You do not need a witness
unless you apply for the public marraige license.
